Meet your Engineer

When I'm not designing you bespoke automation, industrial tooling or general engineering, I'm off in the mountains, riding my motorcycle or working on my 4x4.

Growing up rural and my father being a builder gave me grass roots knowledge. I built a small house when I was 15 in my parents backyard and have always had access to a shed full of tools that I use for various projects.

Hands on industry experience - I have experience in welding, conventional machining (turning, milling, grinding) CNC milling, assembly, repair of industrial machines, root cause analyses of failures. This experience is invaluable for creating good designs.

Formal education - Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from Auckland university
